About Ana

Ana Šimunović is an internationally certified leadership and communication consultant and educator. She is the author of the Conversational Agility method. Furthermore, Ana is an internationally certified Conversational Intelligence Coach, the only certified trainer for Situational Leadership II in Croatia, and a certified SDI facilitator. She also holds the title of MCIPR (Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations), which she obtained by completing the CIPR Diploma in London, UK. Moreover, she is certified by the Croatian Association for Public Relations.

She also teaches at Algebra University (MBA studies) and at Edward Bernays University, the first higher education institution dedicated to communication management in Croatia. She is one of the two creators of Croatia’s first online training course in public speaking and business presentations.

Ana has been successfully running her consultancy firm for over 10 years.

In the last 14 years, she has independently held thousands of individual and group training courses, coaching sessions and consultations for CEOs, board members, and top management of leading Croatian and international organizations, as well as for prime ministers and ministers in Croatia and abroad.

She is an active member of the professional associations the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), the Croatian Association for Public Relations (HUOJ), and the Academy for Political Development (APR), in which she participates in the establishment of new and innovative training and mentoring programmes, the most recent of which is “Women in the lead“ – a programme organized by the Academy for Political Development under the auspices of the American Embassy in Croatia. She also mentors start-up teams in public speaking and business presentations (pitch presentations).

As a graduate in Sociology and English language and literature, and a master of education in Sociology and English, she was awarded the Special Rector’s Award of the University of Zagreb for the original scientific research paper “Language and the Internet: A Case Study”. As a sociologist and public relations expert, she participated in projects such as the documentary film “Od do” and the web application “Mobbing Diary”.

Passion for Lifelong Learning and Sharing Knowledge

After completing her MA in Sociology and English language and literature, as well as her MA in Public Relations in London, Ana continued her professional development at prestigious foreign business schools, where she obtained international certifications in leadership and business communication. In addition to her ongoing education, Ana’s greatest passion is creating original training programmes, where she shares her experiences and knowledge gained from working with various organizations in Croatia, as well as the international business environment.
